Stephen Burkholz: Allstate Insurance

While Stephanie was amazing to work with and made us want to switch all our insurance needs to Allstate, somehow our policy for car got transfered to Stephen and it has been terrible. Filled with automated emails that leads to no answers, no care. Many times we had to triple check things and he ignores messages, keeps pushing for things we already said no and every 6 months there are unexplained raises, hidden fees to our bill without us having used any claims. When asked about it, if we get an answer it is all copy and pasted blurbs that are not personal to us. We had to switch our policy because of this and again he ignored every email we sent and we are still getting automated emails that our bill is due. I wanted to give a review for one of your agents, Pam. I have been with Allstate for 20+ years. Pam has been there at least that long. She is amazing. Completely knowledgeable on everything. She gives me very quick and concise, straightforward answers. I have worked with a lot of insurance companies in the past, but I can tell you that she goes above and beyond anybody I've ever met in insurance industry. Plus, she is always cheerful! Five stars for this wonderful lady.

Stephen has been my agent for 10 years. He and his team are always so responsive and helpful. Their customer service is exceptional. I also have the lowest rates anywhere! I would highly recommend him and his agency.

Steve and his team are great. Anytime I've actually needed to use my insurance he's easy to get a hold of and a great communicator. On top of that his rates are always competitive and his team is easy to work with so I plan on being here for life.
