Shield National makes getting the right insurance at the right price an easy process. Their expertise with our profession (Independent Medical Device Service) is unmatched. It has been a pleasure doing business with Shield and I expect that to continue many years into the future.

WARNING TO SMALL BUSINESSES - Our first year with Shield went well, however; that took a QUICK turn for the worst going into our second year. Shield raised our rates and has been extremely difficult to communicate with, we have sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered and have not been given a reason why our policy has nearly doubled. Needless to say, we are actively searching for alternative coverage at this point and I would highly recommend any small business avoids shield.. They come off as another predatory insurance company at this point.

The policies I got were what I needed for my business. Customer Service was very informative. It did take a little more time than expected to have policies drawn up but overall I had a great experience. Will recommend anyone who is interested in insurance for their snowcone stand and/or trailer

Amazing company! I have ran big companies and have owned my share. Eric Armstrong was extremely knowledgeable about every question I asked. And adding information about my policies I would have never even thought of!! Like something’s I thought were coved and ones I never would have thought they covered.After going through five other companies to get a quote, they were considerably less!! Great job😊 give that guy a raise 👍
