I give ten stars to Brandon Wolfert for his patience and great effort. I greatly appreciate that he made it possible that I continue my affordable auto policy with Progressive. Brandon worked very efficiently and thorough to get my quote. He is very confident, knowledgeable and organized and is very easy to understand Everything went swiftly and took no time at all because he instructed me from getting my email to signing the documents. My questions were answered about the coverages I wanted on my policy and he made sure everything was right. I'm very happy and very satisfied with this auto insurance policy. There was a glitch in Progressives e-signing system and my app said I owed $200 more a month for my insurance. I called Stedman insurance in a panic and their staff immediately did all the work and phone calls into getting the situation fixed. They updated me daily on how things were moving along and what to do. Thanks so much Whitney and Brandon!
