I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from HUB International. Before I signed my auto insurance policy, communication was attentive and responsive. However, once the policy was finalized, the communication and support essentially stopped. After switching my auto insurance to Frankenmuth through HUB, I received two notices from the carrier stating that my premiums were being increased because required documents (a PIP form and a coordination of benefits letter) had not been submitted. I was never informed by HUB that these documents were required, nor were they included in the materials I completed at signing. I immediately attempted to resolve the issue by contacting my assigned representative as well as other staff at the agency. I left voicemails, sent
