We worked with Amanda Ives, who was especially helpful as we tried to understood tax details on our transaction. We also appreciated the upfront prices and quotes the company provided in their online quoting system (didn't even need to talk to a person). Just a few months before we had worked with Sun Title and they surprised us at the last minute with a bonus closing cost, besides other high costs we discovered near the end of the process.

Kris came to the rescue. Our title company was having nationwide issues out of their control, not allowing us to close. She rallied and got everything together and we were able to keep our scheduled closing and moved everything to Lighthouse Title. The closing was flawless!! Thank you Kris!!
