I would never have expected a conference with my insurance agent to be pleasant, but it was! I got through to a person quickly, no doom loop. She was patient, knowledgeable and understood my issues immediately. I'll take her over AI any day. SPS

They are absolutely terrible non responsive. I would give them zero stars if available. I asked four times for a quote to add something to my rider. I sent appraisal. I also asked to increase my coverage. Never called or sent email. I dealt with two agencies before them. No problems quick response. Allstate should revoke their license. I am getting another agent as soon as possible to take over my policy Do yourself a favor don’t come within a mile of these people
