Avoid!!!!! A couple months after an agreed amount, my bill shot up with no warning. Then they added a driver to my policy with no conversation about it who had his own vehicle and policy. I requested a refund. Supplied them with all the proof - but they have ignored me. Very sketchy operation!!!

I can't say enough about the help that I received to find not only a new agency, but a new car insurance company at a great price. I called yesterday morning & spoke to Andrea told her I was with Progressive that I'm not looking to renew, their rate was to high what can you do for me!! Not only did she find a cheaper rate with The Hartford but she mirrored to the T the coverage I already had for a lower price. From start to finish was probably 30-40 minutes on the phone & I was on my way to her office by 2 to pay in full.... She made the experience so easy, no stress at all. I was very impressed by the high level of professionalism and dedication to service I experienced with Andrea of the State Choice Hamden office. She patiently answered every one of my questions without making me feel the slightest bit rushed. She walked me through the options for my condo and car insurance and then investigated further and called me back promptly with answers. She then stayed on the phone with me to make sure I received all my documents and had no problems completing the online setup process. And I saved a tidy sum on my insurance in the process!
