AAA Hamden

You can no longer renew your driver's license at the Hamden office. I have home auto insurance with them, and I have to run around and try to renew my driver's license. I haven't had a tow in decades. What do I need them for? It's time to reevaluate.

We stopped in for passport photos. Luke was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The other staff were friendly as well. This visit made me value my AAA membership even more than before.

Horrible service. Their tow truck driver destroys my drive train by dragging by AWD truck from Yonkers to new haven then has the audacity to lie and say he towed it in a flatbed. Not o ly do you dodge responsibility for destroying my vehicle you work with conmen. Will never use this service again.

Don’t call expecting service so upon reviewing my membership on my app, the information was different than the membership that was mailed I had a additional driver ( can’t make changes on their app it only allows you to upgrade to a more expensive account ) So when I called to find out additional information I called several times at which point somebody hangs up on you at every single transfer. Basically nobody wants to answer any calls there They can’t be bothered

Wonderful place to visit. For travel plans, trip planning, to obtain a Real Licenses, as long as there are no changes to the license, TSA applications so you don't have to go through long lines at check points and avoid security points at Airports. These are good for 5 years once obtained. AAA also offers life insurance, Car Insurance, Travel Agents to offer traveling packages, etc. I have been a AAA member for nearly 40 years. I give AAA 5 Stars.
