If you can find another insurance company for workers comp do so. I could change if I had the time to audit my own financials and plan to this coming year when the change happens. It’s state run so everything is done by phone and with paper. Employees are helpful everything is soooo slow. I haven’t done a lot of rate comparisons.

The only insurance company that you pay 1,000's to and they can't pick up the phone and call you when there is a problem. They will however send out 100's of letters to your customers telling them your insurance is lapsed after 1 day being late (mail issues). We only use this company because we are forced into it. I can not wait until we no longer have to. It would be great if you could pay electronically.

Maria Kanoff is an absolutely awful adjuster. She prolonged my recovery from an accident that was not my fault. SWIF is terrible.

Awful experience. Will use Loss Cost Multipliers that greatly inflate your bill. In effect they are committing fraud by misrepresentation of true costs for exactly the same coverage.
