Will has been our agent for home, auto and business coverage for approximately 25 years. If not for that thoroughness, a flood we had at our business could have had a significant impact. However, because we were appropriately covered, we were up and running at an alternate site in 3 days. When the insurance company tried to argue some of the claims, Will took over and dealt directly with the insurer and all claims were covered.
