State Farm, Tracy Taylor, agent

I had a two year battle with State Farm that I ultimately won in court. I received absolutely no calls or assistance from Tracy Taylor and his team. If you want an agency that just processes your premium checks and doesn't provide service this is the right place.

Tracy and his team are great! I got into an accident a year ago. When that happens you always worry if the insurance company is going to try and cheat you out of your policy. The way that Tracy and his team handled it was amazing. I felt completely calm and like everything was under control. They quickly made a decision on my vehicle (it was totalled) and then they immediately sent me a check for what the car was worth. The amount that they sent was fair and even a little generous and I was back to normal quickly. They are a bit more on the expensive side... but the care, coverage, personal attention, and security I get through them is worth it. You can pay for a cheap plan but then you will always worry about what happens when an accident does happen. These guys are a top-notch insurance

Tracy Taylor and his staff at State Farm, have made great efforts in my insurance experience. I feel like a welcomed friend, rather than another policy holder. They have always answered my questions thoroughly. I have also visited their office on a few occasions, for one-on-one meetings, and have always been greeted with respect and great hospitality. Knowing your insurance agency on a personal level is a reward in itself. I have been thankful and grateful for finding such a wonderful team! Kind Regards!

I have been with Tracy Taylor for the last 6 months (I just relocated to MN from CA). I initially looked into a different insurance agent but was quoted a ridiculously high amount for the same plan Tracy Taylor offered me. Not even 5 months into using my safe driving beacon, Tracy called to lower my plan drastically! It sure does pay to drive safe. I have been with Tracy and State Farm forever! I have always loved working with him and his office staff. they are always very nice and helpful. I actually got my wife and her plans switched over to Tracy as well because they work so well. Could not be happier.
