I've Been with this company for many years. Both for home insurance and auto insurance. Tammy helped me through the process of being able to get potential Disability Liability insurance and she made sure that it was a detailed and comprehensive evaluation. She was kind and attentive. She made sure that all of my accounts for each of the things that I am insured for were properly being taken care of. I highly recommend her!

I spent an entire day — over eight hours — trying to figure out what to do about my home insurance situation. When I finally got on the phone with Awilda, she walked me through every single step, patiently and kindly. Even though it took a long time, she never rushed me once. She answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything clearly. The best part was that she even communicated directly with the insurance company on my behalf, so I didn’t have to sit on hold forever like I had been doing with other places. I have 3 cars currently insured here, I called in to insure another car but its a hybrid this time. The agent told me it would cost $400/month, I explained to her its double of what I paid for other cars and they are same brand and similar year. Her excuse was because this is a hybrid so it costs more to insure but I told her it shouldnt not be 100% more, everyone drives EVs and hybrids, I dont think they all pay double compared to gas only cars. In the end she didnt care even when I broke down the logic to her, instead of offering some kind research and follow up, she simply said this is what the system quoted me and she cant do anything about it. I thanked her and hung up, went on Progressive, answered a few questions and they quoted me $200/month for same coverage as Statefarm. I even t
