I am extremely disappointed with my experience with my local State Farm agent Jessica Sanchez. Personal information that should have remained confidential was shared without my knowledge or consent. When working with an insurance agent, trust and discretion are essential. Customers provide sensitive information with the expectation that it will be handled responsibly and privately. In this case, that trust was broken. I hope this local office takes privacy obligations more seriously moving forward and implements stronger safeguards to protect their clients. Christian was great he went above and beyond to make sure that i got in contact with the claims department to help me secure my payment. Also there was a fello female employee who also help me with adjusting my insurance so I can save money.

Have been with them for 12 years. Have no issues, but will say that the last two months there's an issue with them answering the phones. The last two months I've had to make my payments I have to call two days before anywhere from 2 to 4 times a day. No one answers or calls back. When I check on Google it says they're opened. It's hard for me to get to their office to make a payment in person so I have found that over the phone works better, but these last two months not so much.
