Five stars for Northwestern Insurance’s Jay Langfelder! He cares about his customers. He researched several options for my auto insurance, to find a policy that I could afford. When we found a policy, they said it was going to take a week or two to activate it. Jay said that was unacceptable, and went to bat for me. He ended up coming up with a solution that was cheaper and I was able to get insurance that same day.

Jay Langfelder is the best agent we’ve ever had! We have been working with him for over 5 years and couldn’t be happier! Needed Jay Langfelder's help with an outrageous increase for the upcoming renewal in May 2023 from the current provider for my home, auto and personal excess liability. Bottom line: Jay worked very diligently to arrange new policies with a new carrier that resulted in an increase in the total premiums of only $43 FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR, just 1.25% higher. The quoted annual renewal increase from the old carrier was, in percentage terms, 43% (!!), and in dollar amount, $1,475!!! Jay knows the business inside out and upside down, has good relations with the carriers he uses, gives great counsel, protects his clients, and is extremely prompt in responding to inquiries.
