State Farm Insurance

My husband and I had to go 3 times to get our out-of-state insurance transferred over when we moved here. Each time they said we were good to go. The day we left on a road trip I received a notice in my app saying my coverage was expired and I was no longer covered. We are still with them and have had no issues 7 months later.

The sheer amount of calls I received, REPEATEDLY, every single day for a solid week-week and ½, was nothing short of absolutely freakin RIDICULOUS! If someone doesn't answer the phone after the 5th time you've called them in a matter of 2 hours, STOP, STOP CALLING THEM!!! But no, you didn't, you instead realized that I wasn't answering my phone from the number you were calling from, so the "logical" thing to do (insert sarcasm!!) is change up the number you're calling me from and try again 50 MORE TIMES!!! Your office made me so flippin' mad with the constant calling, that I took my business to American Family Insurance.

I have been seeing these people since I was little, and after getting my first car have helped me with insurance and it's great. They are nice people who want to help as much as possible!

They are a wonderful team and work very well together to get their customers the help they need.
