Dee Fitzgerald - State Farm Insurance Agent

Been with State Farm for over 40 years, in Illinois, Minnesota, and Florida. Recently bought a house here in Port Orchard and stopped in on February 4 to see about getting our homeowner‘a, auto, and umbrella policies moved to this agency as it was just a mile from our new home. I was told by the young lady that spoke to me that the agent herself does not grant appointments to customers personally - “she doesn’t meet with customers “ was the actual quote, and therefore I could take myself and my approximately $8,000 in annual premiums elsewhere. Now either this spokesman was lying, rude, stupid, or uninformed. And the agent herself was either arrogant, rude, or also uniformed. Dorene has great knowledge and consideration for her customers. She is timely with responses and efficient with her duties. I first switched to State Farm when I heard of Dorene through a family member. Since then she continuously reviews my insurance policies and constantly looks for ways to save me money. Even when I was in a car accident, she reassured me that everything was being taken care of and she would guide me through the whole process. I continued to follow her after my first State Farm agent retired and she started working for another agent. I highly recommend Dee Fitzgerald because the staff in the office is exceptional. They truly are good neighbors!

Dorene helped me move all our policies to Dee's office when my agent retired. I was very impressed how quickly she got the job done... esp when I couldn't, and they said it would be so easy!!! She also kept in touch with me throughout the process! She is very professional, pays attention to detail and offers great customer service! I was extremely impressed by her vast knowledge of insurance. She also keeps me current if there are any changes that need to be addressed... for ex: I was not aware that some of the coverages I carry needed to be reviewed, Dorene brought that to my attention. I decided to make the change and it worked out great for me when I had to get a new windshield! Kudos! Dorene is a gem!!

I have developed a loyalty and the last few years a friendship with Dorene. She has been amazing. When I have curious questions about our policy or situations, she Is always more than happy to help out.She is the epitome of a professional. When she transferred offices, we also transferred with her. She has always been a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend her.

Dorene helped me merge my home and business together at State Farm, instead of having multiple policies with different agencies. She even followed up after our transaction was complete. Thanks again!
