I have been a State Farm Insurance customer for over 25 years. We bought a new home in TN in January 2024, and insured it with State Farm. Four months later our home was hit by a freak hail storm which caused damage to our house. We received notification in November of that same year that our insurance would not be renewed with State Farm, but I have NOTHING BUT GOOD things to say about Carolyn Theakston in Jim Pope's office. She is kind, personable, efficient, detail oriented, willing to go the extra mile to help you, and was ALWAYS available by phone or email. Am I disappointed that she's no longer my insurance rep? ABSOLUTELY! Would I use her again, if I could? ABSOLUTELY! Working with her will be a decision you will NOT regret!
