Called for HOI quote and friendly lady at first said she needed my full social security number, which I said I don’t feel comfortable to provide at this point. She turned rude and said : “so go somewhere else” and hang up. I guess that’s the great customer service they advertise))

We wrote a list of Ins. Co. and intended to shop around for the best and cheapest car ins.! It took us this one phone call! The lady was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! She quoted us the perfect insurance for our needs and we completed the application and payment over the phone and had our ID cards emailed in all less than an hour! Highly recommend!!

They’re great! They allow you to use auto pay so you don’t have to worry about having to go to their office. I also sold my car and bought a new one and to ensure it I only had to call instead of having to go there as well.

These people are complete crooks. We were on auto pay and had changed banks couple months in. We let them know we had new debit card number but they didn't put the new card on auto pay after being told. They still held us accountable even after they realized was there fault. They didn't even apologize they also would raise the rates saying they wanted the payments a day in advance . Seemed like anything to milk extra cash . Charged fees for paying with cash .

Omg I went from a insurance company that couldn't give the coverage I wanted an charge me almost 200 a month to lavender an omg I have 100,000$ policy for just a Lil less than $100 a month! If your paying high prices give them a call you might just be as surprised as I was thanks lavender for saving me 100$ a month
