State Farm Insurance

Usually I'm not one to write a review but the service provided by Cris this past week were outstanding! My mother ran into some troubles with locking her keys in her trunk while shopping. Cris actually came over personally to help her out and schedule towing services for her. Unfortunately the towing company took too long, so Cris reached out to me and scheduled a pick up from me. He made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time and everything was handled in a timely manner. This guy was great and I would have never expected an agent to go so far out of his was for an insured. Thank you again Cris!

We weren't even insured with State Farm but Cris was recommended to us regarding an unusual claim situation we were dealing with. Cris was more than willing to offer his time, expertise and advise. He is very kind and super knowledgeable. He is extremely well versed in insurance, claims as well as auto body repair. His advice helped us maneuver through a very difficult claim and reach a good resolution. If you're in the market for insurance, we highly recommend Cris Bimbi.

McHenry County's finest insurance Agent by far!. We have had Cris and his Office admin with State Farm for coverage since 2020. Knowing we can walk into his business and feel welcome at anytime has been priceless~ We have had our fair share of the "life unexpected-events" and he has been there at a moments notice for all of them. I have been using Cris Bimbi for my insurance needs for several years and have never been disappointed with any of my insurance needs. I use Cris Bimbi / State Farm for auto, home, health and business insurance and have always been satisfied with their attention to detail, friendly office staff and return phone calls. I never have to call a second time as they are always on top of their customer service. Great customer service from an excellent staff.

A great group that was friendly, kind, and nice. I have no complaints about my service, and would say it is above average. That being said, they haven't quite struck me as above and beyond- But make no doubt, they are far above other competitors I have seen. Overall, I would highly recommend Cris Bimbi and his staff as an Auto Insurer.
