Spoke with Briana a few times on the phone to discuss new insurance for the family. Told her what I needed and wanted for the home and automobiles. She was quick. She called back the next day and played phone tag.Finlly hooked up and had a few questions and she answered them right then. I was happy with her speed she worked as well as her input for our policy.
