Wow! What can I say? I wish more businesses operated the way this agent's office does. EVERY phone call and email is promptly answered. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and SUPER friendly! They really help you understand your coverage and make sure all your needs are met. Alison and Bonnie are an absolute joy to conversate with. If you want someone you can trust and who will make you feel like family. Call Larry Kannal's office! You will not be disappointed!

I will start by saying, the local office itself has perfectly nice, reasonable people, however, State Farm is a terrible company with terrible support when it comes to having problems with a claim and unfortunately the local office seems to be ignored/not taken seriously by the corporate offices. Because of this, I would recommend avoiding State Farm no matter where you live. I apologize to the people at the local office for this bad review, but State Farm is a bad company.
