In looking for more comprehensive boat insurance than I currently have, I called Brimfield Insurance Agency. After several phone conversations, Laura emailed me an application for my review. The following day she phoned me with great news, she was able to get me even better coverage than she initially thought was available. When I checked my email for the updated information (I was told all I needed to do was review the information, sign the application and provide payment), there was instead a "Dear John" letter that stated I did not qualify because my drivers license is held in Florida and I don't have my home or other autos with them.
