State Farm Insurance

Update, as of 12/13/2023, State Farm representatives have lied on two occasions with an insurance company contesting a statement by a "case manager," that says they (the insurance company) participated in an analysis that shifted liability to myself in the direction of 70 percent months many months after we each signed off on paperwork claiming their client's liability was 85 percent. Their client totaled my car from behind at a high rate of speed when the parked car was mostly to the right, and where tens of cars filled with safe drivers were passing it in seconds. The blinkers of my car were also on and seen by cameras. Once I told State Farm representatives that conversation was recorded, they demanded I sign up for a third-party service so that I could communicate only with that case

I have worked with Mandy for years and now am so excited to have her as my agent! Our recent experience was wonderful. We were quoted and given many options and chose what worked best for us. The staff was so helpful with paperwork and information. Mandy really cares about each of her customers. It is refreshing.

I think state farm is out of touch with what is reality. What they won't do is renew my policy because of an accident I had. I slid on some ice tapped another car, literally! Now I am uninsurable through them and possibly have a bad name with any other insurance companys too. If this is what it has come to then I think it's time to move to another country. Not to sound over the top, but I've had enough! I shutter to think how much I have paid into insurance and now I can't get it because I had to use it. Think about it! If it doesn't sound like something out of German history than I don't know what would. This is criminal, and it's wrong. Just wrong! Whatever you do...avoid this insurance co.

Will handle simple auto claims in bad faith to support thier financial gain. Will not allow customers to connect to management for any reason whatsoever.

My car was hit on 9/14 by a State Farm driver they doing me so wrong I surrendered my keys car and title it’s November 14 I still have no money from them no car from them no words from them every time I call I’m being talked to any kind of way please stay away from this company they don’t like paying for stuff that their drivers causes I’m missing work can’t go nowhere because the driver totaled lost my car man I’m so upset I can’t help a driver hit me they are now the worst company and I’m telling all my family and friends don’t deal with them they are not right
