Added: Policy was canceled office assistand did not turn in paperwork was not cancelled due to non payment. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. But let me tell you about my experience with this agency. This agency has used ACH information that I have requested to be removed from this account 2 times. The first time was 10/28/2024 when it happened the first time I went into the office and said please remove this and put the money back into my account. They said they could not do it. I said please remove all of this banking account information you have on file for this checking account. I was told okay it has been removed and will not happen again. 02/25/2025 guess what my account is used again I called. I live paycheck to paycheck guess what overdraft fee

This morning we had our yearly review of our policies with Phil. We find that this is the best way to clarify our present situation and make intelligent decisions for the next year.
