State Farm Insurance

The prices of State Farm in general are ok...I've been using them for 4 years with auto, home and life insurance. Very happy with Mike Dekle Agency. Special shout out to Tharsis and Libby who work there and are always friendly and helpful.

I truly appreciate my insurance provider. Without giving away the cow, I must say they have volunteered discount after discount without me screaming & yelling to get them. I have renters insurance as well as no-fault on 2 cars & my payment was cut in half (compared to Nationwide & Progressive) and then COVID hit & now my monthly payments are less than $50 for all of it. I didn't call or demand a reduction in my bill, they just gave them to me. I wasn't given a discount for joining, only to have it quickly disappear, and I did not have to keep tabs on them to make sure I got my due. What a change for me not to scream to get what I deserve. My wife and I have been customers for over 12 years with no claims and no late payments. Today I receive a notice that my policy will be cancelled in 30 days. The failure to comply says "The limbs overhanging the home need to be trimmed back to reduce the probability of damage to your dwelling." No opportunity was provided for corrective action. Now we are scrambling to take care of this situation to avoid a lapse at the start of hurricane season and their cancellation will cause my next policy to cost more. Wish I'd started with a different company at the beginning. Thanks Mike Dekle and State Farm.

Always taken care of by agents at this location. Though I have moved a hundred miles away I still prefer to do business with this particular location and still call them about anything I need. The only reason it didn't get five stars was because of Mike dekle himself. I spoke to him one time and he was extremely rude and abrasive. Otherwise I liked it

I’ve passed by this State Farm office every day since I moved to Athens. Mike Dekle has been a staple of my daily commute for the last 5 years. I’ve never used State Farm and have no idea who this man is but shout out to my boy Mike. I’d like to extend a bittersweet congratulations to Shane Dekle, I’ll be reading your name every day now.
