I’ve had such a great experience with the State Farm office in Garner! Everyone there is always welcoming, professional, and ready to help with any questions I have. They make the whole insurance process so much easier and stress-free. A special shoutout to Sarah she is absolutely wonderful! She’s kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. If you’re looking for car insurance with a personal touch and a team that genuinely cares, I definitely recommend this State Farm office in Garner!

Worst experience with vehicle insurance I have ever had. State Farm cancelled our family's auto policy after changing the value of one of our vehicles in the system. This prompted them to require a small payment which State Farm DID NOT notify us until it was too late. We were then assessed TWO $50.00 fees by the state for this. State Farm did nothing to help remedy the issue and threw their arms in the air. I would NOT recommend this low level of customer service to anyone.

I have been a State Farm customer for 10+ years and have had several State Farm agents over that time period and can safely say that Scott Huneycutt is the worst I have experienced. On at least two occasions, they did not make requested changes to my policy until I followed up weeks later. There were also several other smaller issues that I will not go into, but overall I would not recommend Scott Huneycutt. I am much happier with my new State Farm agent.

I felt like I was always taken care of by Scott Honeycutt and hated to hear when he was retiring. Michelle Linker raised my rates and took away my good driving discount right off the back for no reason (squeaky clean driving history, no claims). I purchased a new vehicle and canceled my policy after paying a crazy increased price for a few months. They charged me the day after cancelling stating that I “should receive a refund in the mail” since it was paying ahead. I was sent a 9$ check today, what a joke. I’m eating the loss because they aren’t worth the time. I switched to Geico and they’re half the cost with the same coverage on a vehicle that’s 17 years newer. Learn from me, shop around before choosing this place.

Scott and his team helped you understand the complexity of insurance. They make it simple and I truly appreciate the customer service they provide. Domonica is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend State Farm and Scott's team for all Life, Home & Auto coverages.
