I'm writing because I just had such a great experience with Mr. Frank, As someone who's been with State Farm for quite a while, I can honestly say that Mr. Frank has completely redefined what awesome customer service looks like. He made the whole process of adding my new car to my policy feel like a breeze – seriously, no stress at all! What's even better, he clued me in on the "Drive Safe" program, which was a total game-changer and will saved me some money monthly. But he didn't stop there! He also asked me about my homeowners policy. It turns out, he found some incredible ways for me to get significantly better coverage that I had no idea even existed. I needed information regarding our Homeowners Insurance "immediately" and all it took was one phone call to Meg Hunters office and Frank was on it! Not only did he send the document over to me he also sent it to the person I was needing to get it to. And....he continued to follow up with me and that person (my banker) until we were able to speak with him and let him know that the information was exactly what was needed.
