NC Farm Bureau Insurance

We switched to Farm Bureau after having a horrible experience with State Farm. We have home and auto with them and they are fantastic. We get a good discount for multiple policies and have had damage to our house from two hail storms . I know some of our neighbors had to really fight to get what they needed out of their insurance company.. This was not the case with Farm Bureau!! They are awesome !

Mike and his team are hands down the best I've ever had! Over the years I've dealt with plenty of different insurances trying to find the "right" one and always ended up being very disappointed. From day one of speaking with Mike, he made the entire process easy and painless, but not only that, he also treated me as a friend and a person which made things that much better! His team was also just as amazing as he, getting any and all docs over to me very quickly and treating me just as well as he does. I now use them for our auto, business and life insurance. My family and I are definitely a life customer of Mike and couldn't even imagine having anyone better handle our needs! I was once a relatively satisfied policy holder with farm bureau Insurance, but now I am an utterly dissatisfied former policyholder I have tried for months to get Morgan Morton to respond to my request for an update on the status of outstanding bodily injury claim. I understand that the injured party has not filed any kind of medical claim, and I simply need a letter or statement to that effect so that we can present it to the court to have a citation dismissed. No one seems to be concerned about getting a resolution to this matter for us, and weeks go by before I hear back from anyone with regards to emails that I have sent. This is a pathetic level of customer service!

Mike Hall is the best agent we could have ever imagined. We reached out to Farm Bureau about 5 years ago, and I would consider myself lucky to have been paired with Mike. We have homeowners, auto, life, and business insurance all with Farm Bureau and we couldn’t be happier. Even if we COULD find a lower price (which I highly doubt), I still wouldn’t switch due to the level of service we receive from Farm Bureau as a whole, but especially Mike on the personal level. HIGHLY recommend!!
