You get what you pay for ! Other people tell me State Farm is higher than some other companies, well buyer beware...I have been with State Farm for decades, and with Robby for years. I always have tons of questions and he is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He is always available and is not in the business to just make money. He actually reviews your needs and discusses the best options for the best price. I like having a "real person" up the street, not someone across the country to whom you can only discuss issues or concerns over the phone. I had a major issue once a few years ago with a contractor at my house for a claim. I switched to State farm with Robby's agency few months ago. I was provided an initial quote with background\driving record check and I was told that this will be the final quote and there will be no changes to it. My quote went high almost 30% just in few days. I wasn't even notified!! I got to know this when I was trying to set up my online account with state farm. I sent an email to Roby and his team to explain what is going on, but it took more than 10 days for Roby to actually call me. I kept emailing and calling the office meanwhile but I didn't get any explanation other than ''Roby will call you soon". My son recently relocated to New Jersey to attend school. We live in VA and needed renters insurance for him. I found Robby by searching for agents in the area. I emailed on a Saturday and he responded that same day. After a brief call on Monday, renters insurance secured. I could not ask for a more professional experience.
