Shawn Burke: Allstate Insurance

I purchased multiple policies from this firm for decades. Then, one day, my Home Owners Insurance went up by approximately 50%. I looked at the policy and saw that they had increased my home contents coverage to $700,000. This is ludicrous. And it is triple what I had the year before. When I called about what we could do, I was told by Carlos: "That's the way it is", like it or not. I switched to another firm and my premium immediately dropped to where it was 5 years ago with the same coverage I always had. When a firm is so long established that they take your business for granted, it's time to switch to an agent that truly values my business.

I've had the pleasure of having Terry assist me with a variety of situations over the past year and she has been an absolute rockstar every time. Great communication and quick problem solving. I would recommend to a friend or family member without hesitation.

I highly recommend this agency. My questions and concerns are always addressed. On my most recent inquiry, Francesca was very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. She made an extra effort to review my policy and was able to find me additional discount. She was able to adjust my premium to include auto replacement protection.

Will not remove me from their email distribution after asking two prior times.
