State Farm: Brad Trimble

We recently switched all of our policies to Brad and his team at State Farm. The experience has been tremendous! Brad and Tonya have helped us every step of the way, making this process a smooth transition! I can't say enough about them, I would highly recommend making the switch to Brad's office! We have been with this office for years. It doesn't matter who you talk to. It could be Jennifer, Tonya, or Danielle and all of them are very helpful. They help you through any question or problem you have and it always gets taken care of right away. They really do care.

It's been quite a while since we focused on our insurance coverage, and times change. We called Brad Trimble's office and made an appointment to review our State Farm policies in person with Tonya (you could opt to discuss over the phone too). We were able to reduce coverage that no longer made sense, and increase other areas to address home renovations. Tonya was able to answer our questions, provide guidance, and model policy cost changes during the meeting. It was very helpful and gave us peace of mind!

Brads office has been wonderful in transitioning all of our policies from our former agent who retired and had left some transactions in limbo. They have also done a great job adding a new car to our policies as well as transitioning two of our cars to a family member. Tonya and Brad represent a great agency to deal with!
