Bill Rawlings - State Farm Insurance Agent

I can't say enough about Bill Rawlings and Dee. I needed exotic insurance, but I couldn't get anyone to help. My own insurance company was unable to assist me. I contacted Dee and she had me done in a few minutes! I've had fantastic customer service, and I am considering switching companies. If I could give them six stars, I would! Thank You!

Bill and Deadra are the best. They are very pleasant, personable, hardworking and efficient. We had a tree fall on our car and they were so helpful with getting back to us with our concerns/questions when we were filing a claim and purchasing our replacement car. It made the process much smoother. Their office is also located so close to our home. So convenient. Thank you!

Update: i have reworded this more gently and more detailed. Bill called me, angry about my review, accusing me of lying on his agent and made other accusations. I tried to speak with him respectfully and peacefully and he continued to yell at me, be defensive, & talk over me so that we couldn’t resolve anything-i would have been more than willing to edit or remove my review. I ended up having to hang up on him because he wouldn’t let me get a word in and continued to chastise me. Bill then called one of my other roommate’s (not the roomate I had originally called about), gave them my full name (which is unethical considering my roomate didn’t know my full name and Bill provided this info to them) and I am assuming said some nasty and threatening things because that roommate seemed to be fe

Deardra was such a great agent to work with. I’m currently trying to get life insurance for my father and I and she was very pleasant to work with. I had a million questions and she was detailed, patient, professional and very helpful!
