I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years . Noticed my policy was a bit high this year . Called and spoke with my agent . She never offered to try to save me money , when I emailed I was waiting on a few other quotes I received no response. My new agent suggested bundling my renters to save more . Geez I thought my agent never even suggested that . Loyalty means nothing to Starkweather & Sheply.

Horrible Company! The Agent Michael Prentiss wrote a Insurance Policy for our Business. He never did an analysis of what our lease was, or coverage needed. When we unfortunately had a pipe leak and caused damage, he tried to represent that the landlord's policy was responsible! We had to contact an attorney to get Travelers Insurance to pay the claim! $500.00 out of pocket for attorney's fees! The company's are bottom of the barrel! Beware!!!

Agent was rude and unprofessional. Rates increased 5 to 6 % for each of three years then 20% with no claims made. Absolutely no communication. The worst insurance agency I have ever had. Now have much better agency and coverage with better pricing.

I have had the pleasure of working with Mike Prentiss since 2020. His knowledge and expertise are second to none. Mike and the team at Starkweather & Shepley always respond quickly and are always there to help with my many questions and requests. I highly recommend them!
