Contractors Insurance Services

On February 5th 2024 I received a call from them about our auto policy. We have a total of four policies with them. Woman stated that my policy was going to be canceled for non-payment. We had changed debit cards and forgot to notify them. To resolve any future problems. I gave them my checking account routing numbers to take payments directly out of checking on February 5th to the tune of 600 in change and I thought everything was all set even after asking the woman to please make sure I cannot afford any more screw ups like this and she assured me that it would be taking care of. Fast forward to February 12th. I get a call from them saying my policy is canceled because of non-payment but yet on the same day they took out money from my account. I thought I was canceled for non-payment? Wh

I have been going to this insurance Carrier for about 15 years and have had nothing but good to say about this company. They are very friendly, very helpful. And I would not trust my insurance with any other compas a Carrier.
