Changing home owners and auto because LM raised their prices again .5th year in a row with no claims. Called to get prices very courteous and pleasant on the phone but we couldn't connect found somewhat cheaper prices elsewhere.

A non-responsive agency, even after contacting the principle owner. I have obtaned commercial coverage from them for years but get little or no response once the policy is written. I am moving on at renewal.
