Was ok to work with it because same I did open policy I did auto pay and never call back then but I did shopping insurance with someone else get like half way cheap and requested to cancellation and then they said can not cancel with a days before today date she said has to be today or future date and it doesn’t make sense to pay two different insurance at same time and I called costumer service center and take care of it my self and finally get my correct refund…..that’s why you work with agent to let them do your insurance needs every agent make money with your business so supposedly they has to do your request need
