I had to cancel a family member's house insurance policy because of a recent death and sale of the house, and the folks I talked to at Standard Casualty were nothing but fantastic. My initial phone call was handled by Kimberly, and after explaining the situation she knew exactly and immediately how to handle it. Her instructions were clear, concise and complete. Further contact was with Grace, and she processed the cancellation and got a refund check into the mail within eight days. These folks made what could have been a painful process quicker and easier than I could have expected. Thank you!

Customer service for Standard Insurance representative Ashley Howell was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I spoke with 3 different people before I got to Ashley. She was very patient and understanding with my frustration at that point. I was very happy to get resolution and she even sent me confirmation that it had been resolved.
