My business has been insured with Stahlka for years, and up until recently I've been satisfied with the customer service. Recently via my annual audit I was charged more than a $3000 fee (more than my entire policy) for a sub not having comp. Although I now know this was insufficient coverage on behalf of my sub, this situation is extremely frustrating because during the previous years audit I was not educated from my agent that this needed to be in place when the opportunity to do so was present. This amount was withdrawn from my bank account without my consent, without a notification, and follow up from staff was totally lacking for 2 months. Update: I have closed my account with Stahlka.
