Mark Bugenhagen: Allstate Insurance

I've had Mark for my agent now for many years and I have always felt very comfortable with him. He has always been able answer any questions and make suggestions for my coverage needs without any pressure. I wouldn't want another insurance company because Allstate has always been there for me and my family and Mark has been a big part of that.

I have to say that Allstate has been truly amazing!.. Mark is very knowledgeable, honest and gave me the best policy to fit my needs applying discounts where he could. I have used him for about 10 years now. I have never had to file a claim until recently when my family and i lost everything 10 days before Christmas in a house fire. Mark had contacted me daily to assure we were comfortable and that we had the funds to replace all the gifts for the kids before Christmas. We were immediately put up in a hotel and received amazing service from Mark. The whole process has been stress free compared to what it could have been thanks to Allstate. I highly recommend this agency! I was widowed suddenly and bought a new RV for travel between my sons homes. I researched insurance and found Mark Bugenhagen based on a recommendation from my realtor. Mark and his agency have been so helpful, responsive, and kind. The cost of my policy has been outstanding. Once when I misplaced my card which I had to show to register at a military RV facility, it was immediately emailed to me. Recently I did damage to my RV and their office was so responsive when I could not reach the claims department in the state where my RV was. I am leaving NYS permanently now and I so regret that I will no longer be a client at this office.

Went to get insurance with them two years ago, told me I had to use a broker for a year to use their insurance (They provided the broker), when a year came up they told me two years their policy changed. When the two years came up they stated they had a policy change that doesn't take the insurance history that they told me to use initially. Would not recommend.
