Stacy Trivitt: Allstate Insurance

I've been with Stacy for more than 30 years and have no complaints. All his staff are helpful and kind and try their best to find a way for me to stay fully insured due to the ever increasing insurance costs. Dan S

Ever since the first, Stacy and the rest of the office staff have been GREAT! I've been treated like a long-time client, and I've only been associated with this Allstate office for 6-8 months. They are just great in that they make everything easy for me. They have relieved a lot of stress, since we have just moved into the area. They have handled my insurance needs excellently.

I have nothing but praise for Stacy and his team. They took care of transferring my Illinois policy over very quickly, and guided me through how insurance works in Nevada. Stacy made sure to call me ever six months to see where he could save me money at. That to me is amazing customer service. As if that isn’t enough, when my Allstate agent in Illinois treated me terribly Stacy was there to help. He didn’t care I wasn’t a customer of his anymore, he escalated my issue and treated me like I was still with his agency. His office workers are genuinely nice people as well, and I always enjoy talking to the team.

They made several mistakes on a new policy, one of which had my home 700 sq ft smaller, when I noticed the mistake they were no longer competitive so I canceled the policy before it took effect. Because of one of their many errors they had to put the policy through with three separate charges. They said they would reverse the charges but after two weeks only one charge was reversed. I told them that if it isn't resolved soon I would dispute the charge with the credit card company, which I ended up doing. I then received a check. I called the card company and they said to deposit the check, and advise Allstate to contact the card company. Allstate said they would not contact the card company which of course wasted even more of my time. I didn't want two charges to appear. I can't be
