No longer answers their phone. Finally made contact, and was quoted an outrageously overpriced policy, was told I needed to pay in full, AND pay an expired fee that I'm sure Joseph would have pocketed. Sorry, not today. Within 5 minutes, I was able to get better help at a MUCH better insurance agency. My full coverage policy was quoted at $1,500 less than what Joseph offered. At this much, much better agency, I only had a small down payment, the expired fee was waived (clearly) and I was ON MY WAY - this all occurred within a 4pm-5pm time span. Y'all messy.

I just received a phone call to my personal cell phone and my place of employment from Ken himself. I have never met or heard of Ken St. Onge. He started off by spewing out where he was calling from and whom he was representing: Commerce insurance. He claimed that I had "solicited" insurance for one of my customers I sold a car to. My customer complained about her current policy and asked if I knew of anyone that could help her with a referral. Now. Being the calm and intelligent professional person that I am... I have been doing business with Ken for over 15 years. I left only once because I was seduced by Geico. But soon Geico started behaving badly and I was back with Ken. He and his staff are prompt helpful and courteous. Ken is very knowledgeable about the business. They have both mu HO and auto and I'll never change again. Thanks Ken!

My life is very busy, wife kids and a dog, I do not have time to call 800# and push ten thousand buttons!!!! When I need service for my auto policies(my daughter many accidents) all I have to do is call Kenny and a person answers the phone. And they take care of the service, they do not push me off to a 800#. hard to find service like that today!
