Sreenan American Family is great to work with! They truly focus on needs basis insurance. They are great for life insurance, business insurance, home, auto, and everything in between!

I have worked with Jeanne and her team for the last 10+ years. I have found Jeanne to not only be knowledgeable and professional, I have found Jeanne and her team to be empathetic and creative. As my family has grown, our needs have grown. I know I can trust this team with helping us meet our needs and goals within our budget. I have only experienced reliable, consistent, and prompt service. While we have moved out of the area, I still run all of our insurance needs through this office. Highly recommend - especially for someone trying to figure out the difference in Life policies and how to properly plan.

This agent is the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable I've ever come across. Did not care about, or want to help with my insurance needs, but was more concerned with over-covering to increase her own commissions. Never answered the phone when needed, and call-backs were almost non-existent. I would avoid this agent by all means necessary... HORRIBLE!!!

I would love to give them more stars but unfortunately trying to get ahold of them is really impossible its so much easier calling the national customer service.
