Alan-Smith Insurance is fantastic! They have gotten my car insured the same day I bought it, twice! They are always looking to get me the best options for coverage and let me know about opportunities to reduce monthly costs. I feel like they always have my best interests at heart.

I've been with Alan-Smith for a few years now. They were excellent with helping me find the right insurance. They were able to cut my monthly costs in half. I highly suggest them for any insurance needs you might have. I see someone had an issue with them, I don't know why they don't understand they are an insurance producer. NOT an insurance company. So getting upset with them while not being a client doesn't make sense. Learn some manners.

Really bad, horrible service… the kind you think about a year after an interaction & every time you drive by their office you think “yuck”. Really consider another place… these people have no heart.
