Springs Insurance: Allstate Insurance

Got a weird mailer, called in, Susan doesn't seem to exist or uses countless little minions to do her bidding. I asked "What does Susan do exactly?" someone said Networking (lol) andother said growing her business, but she does not take calls or help her customers at all?

Allstate has been amazing in keeping my home owners policy. They gave me guidelines on fire mitigation, and what needed to be completed and the time to complete; in order to keep my policy. The multi policy and safe driver discounts are most definitely beneficial.

Best experience I could have asked for with Ash. She was efficient, helpful and caring and took her time to answer my ten million questions. I was always worried about how much trouble it would be getting everything switched but it was a breeze and I’m saving a ton. Thanks Ash!

Hey, I just wanna give a shout out to the Allstate team Ash and Marco. Thank you so much for taking care of our family. I live in a high fire danger area and getting insurance where we live is typically not an easy process. We had one other insurance company who dropped us this year due to fire danger.
