I'm new to the "Medicare Nightmare" and contacted Sarita for her assistance. I came to the meeting with basic understanding but appreciated the time she took to give a thorough overview of my options. She was articulate and knowledgeable but also caring and understanding and listened well to my needs and concerns. Her follow up was amazing! I received an email the next day and a personalized note 10 days later. This type of service is not normal in today's highly competitive market! I'm incredibly thankful I found her via a web search and look forward to working with her for many years to come.
