Heard about this company through a friend and stopped in to ask if they could take a look at my homeowners and car insurance they were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took me right away looked at my information and got back to me the next day with a great quote and saved me $ 650.00 dollars with the same coverage. They took care of everything. Very pleased with the customer service

I first heard of Southwick Insurance Agency on Facebook maybe last year or 2 or something and they (Mike) were able to help with a car insurance issue/switching carriers/paying excise tax -- we could not renew bc tax was owed but city hall was sending the bill to a bad address that was still on file with the RMV, it was a disaster. I even had the assistant here use Southwick to get with Mapfre a while back and to this day we joke about her interaction with Mike when he told her to "get her driver's license out" and that "it would be in her wallet." LOL. We both really appreciate how Mike operates -- direct and to the point, no time for any BS. Today I called about an insurance question and he reminded me that we had spoken about this very thing last year already, and that they don't "guess

Although I received a lower initial quote and a very quick response, the actual premium turned out to be (19%) higher than what was quoted just a couple of days ago. I understand that this is just a quote, but we make a decision based on it. This difference creates a sense of mistrust. On the positive side, the final policy amount is still lower (10%-15%) compared to other options, which is why I decided to proceed. However, I do so with the expectation that this may not be the last unexpected change, and I encourage more transparency and consistency in the quoting process to build better trust with customers.
