I love their home insurance and ive have to deal with 2 large claims. Its nice to always be able to talk to someone and not a robo menu. Recently they matched and beat my auto insurance when i switched to them and bundled.
Eric is responsive and reliable. He'll search out the best policy at the best price. I use him as does my family. You can't go wrong with his service.
Wow just called 1st time and spoke to a woman about a quote 1 min later a man called me back from the office hysterical saying that I better put my 19 year old son on the insurance policy or else.... That was an extremely rude, unprofessional and scary interaction, I wanted to cry.
Rude! Received a call at work regarding a claim that was being mailed to this office instead of the correct one. This guy is the rudest insurance agent I have ever dealt with!! Who makes a business to business call and raises their voice over an incorrect mailing address?!?!?!?!
Used this company for some time. Excellent communication is their top asset. Would recommend anyone getting a quote from them.
