Rude and unprofessional. I emailed for a COI and when it didn’t come I called the office looking for help. The young lady I spoke to said they have a 10-40 minute response time or I can do it online myself. I have no problem doing it myself but the broker wanted it directly from the agency. All I asked was why would it take 40 mins just for a COI. We get rejected for loads if we can’t have the COI in a timely manner. She said they have over 1000 customers asking for COI’s. I said what if your company grows bigger and has more customers? She asked for my company, then couldn’t find it. She said I wasn’t listening and hung up in my face. Wont give carrier details out over the phone. Rep was very rude. Update - Im a BROKER and what difference does that have to make with how rude your staff is? See how rude you are telling me I shouldn't be leaving reviews? I need to warn other brokers how terrible you are.
