New After been with this company for 10 years I regret it I never thought that I have been treated this way. I have been asking for 2 month to cancel the insurance for one of my car 2 month, and every time I get on the phone it’s the worst attitude, don’t they understand is my money shoe every proof and I called uhc again I been told that they been sending the wrong information to the department.. called Pini Insurance and they kept me on the phone over 20 min to tell me that I could hold on the phone because I was taking her line wow very very disappointed I never have been treated by anyone in that office! Finally I had to report to the Miami dade consumer Cause I think I should have to go through all those after I have sent all the information you ask for!!
