The agent Vivian was helpful to get the insurance but once I moved out of state and I have her direct line through WhatsApp to contact her she wouldn’t reply to a single txt when I asked if I could update my insurance for Texas, over 7days and several messages later, which I could see she was going on WhatsApp since it shows the last time you opened the app, she clearly was ignoring my text. I also sent many emails to the card I was given and nothing. I got fed up and try to contact others to cancel. Good luck if you have her. Terrible agent in my book.
